The magic starts immediately, whether it’s a serene sunset boat cruise or a peaceful afternoon by the pool, soaking in the wilderness around you. The journey continues to Fig Tree Bush Camp, where your days are filled with thrilling game drives, and the nights bring a sense of peace under starlit skies.
Next, the legendary Busanga Plains beckon with its vast and untouched beauty. Here, wildlife roams freely across the floodplains, and each game drive brings you closer to Africa’s incredible creatures. You’ll experience the raw, untamed wilderness of Zambia, where every moment is infused with the spirit of adventure

DAY 1


KAFUE NATIONAL PARK


Upon your arrival at Lusaka Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide who will transfer you by road to Mukambi Safari Lodge, where a refreshing tea break awaits to kickstart your adventure. The afternoon is filled with exciting activities designed to immerse you into the Kafue wilderness. Choose between a mesmerising sunset boat cruise that promises picturesque views of the landscape or embark on an afternoon game drive to start looking for the Kafue's abundant wildlife.

KAFUE NATIONAL PARK


​Today you will embark on a game drive that will take you from Mukambi Safari Lodge to the idyllic Fig Tree Bush Camp. Upon arrival at Fig Tree Bush Camp, indulge in a sumptuous brunch before heading out on an afternoon safari activity. As the day transitions to evening head back to camp where you will enjoy dinner under the canopy of stars and listen to the sounds of the bush at night. On Day 3 enjoy morning and afternoon game drives.

DAY 2

DAY 3


LAKE ELEMENTAITA

Leaving the Masai Mara after breakfast, travel across the ‘breadbasket’ of Kenya, where acres of wheat and barley dominate the landscape. Lunch will be a picnic stop en route to Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive at Lake Nakuru in the afternoon and head out on a game drive. Known for its birdlife, the park, with the right climatic conditions, offers the possibility to view thousands of flamingoes feeding in the shallow alkaline lake.

 

While not a large national park, Lake Nakuru is incredibly scenic and has several unique wildlife sightings that make it a worthwhile visit, including good chances of finding black and white rhinos and the endangered Rothschild Giraffe.

DAY 4

DAY 5

TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, continue south towards the Tanzania border and then on to Arusha for lunch. After lunch, you will depart Arusha and pass through the Maasai Steppe, filled with picturesque African villages and coffee and banana plantations.  Arrive at Tarangire National Park, enter the park, and begin exploring with a game drive as you slowly make your way to the lodge arriving for dinner.

Tarangire is most famous for its giant baobabs, a network of swamps, and large herds of elephants rumoured to be the largest population in Tanzania. It is less known for a yearly secret migration where masses of wildlife are drawn to the Tarangire River during the dry season as it remains the last viable water source for miles.
